• IDOT announces lane closure of IL 29

  PEORIA, Ill -- The Illinois Department of Transportation announced Wednesday that the southbound right lane of IL 29 in Peoria will be closed at Alexander Avenue on December 3 and will remain closed for approximately a week-and-a-half.

• IDOT releases IL 8 update

  PEORIA, Ill -- The Illinois Department of Transportation announced Wednesday that eastbound traffic on IL 8 in Washington between Legion Road and Summit Drive will be shifted north onto the new pavement on December 3.

• IDOT announces lane closures on US 24 in Eureka

  PEORIA, Ill -- The Illinois Department of Transportation announced Tuesday that motorists will encounter periodic closures of US 24 in Eureka from Darst Street to County Road 1625E Wednesday from approximately 9:00 a.m. until noon.

• Lane closure in effect for I-474

  PEORIA, Ill. -- A lane closure will be in effect for the driving (right) lane of westbound I-474 from Exit 9 to just east of the Shade-Lohmann Bridge will be closed from approximately 9:30 a.m. to noon Wednesday, November 28.

• City of Peoria announces closure of Monroe Street

  PEORIA, Ill -- The City of Peoria announced Thrusday that beginning November 19, Monroe Street will be closed for the next two to three weeks from Main Street to Fulton Street for storm sewer work related to the new Marriott Hotel.

• Shade Lohmann traffic to return to both spans of bridge

  PEORIA, Ill. -- Motorists will be able to go back to normal traffic configuration on the Shade Lohmann bridge on Tuesday.

• IDOT announces traffic shift on IL 8

  PEORIA, Ill -- The Illinois Department of Transportation announced Monday that westbound traffic on IL 8 (Washington Road) in Washington between Legion Road and Summit Drive will be shifted north onto the new pavement Thursday, November 8th.

• IDOT announces closure of Washington Street ramp

  PEORIA, Ill -- The Illinois Department of Transportation announces that the ramp taking traffic from W. Washington Street in East Peoria to I-74 will be closed November 7 to November 9.

• Intersection of Knoxville, War Memorial to be temporary all-way stop

  PEORIA, Ill. -- The City of Peoria wants motorists in the intersection of Knoxville and War Memorial to be alert on Sunday, November 11.
