UPDATE: 3 Teens Killed In Single Car Crash

STARK COUNTY, Ill -- A single vehicle accident in Kewanee has claimed the lives of three Stark County Teens.

The accident happened late Tuesday afternoon just two miles south of Kewanee.

Henry County Coroner Dave Johnson says two of the victims, Levi Berg, 16, of Toulon and Bradley Wood, Jr., 18, of Wyoming were ejected from what he described as a mini-van and pronounced dead at the scene.

A third teen, Kelsey Cilfford, 15, of Toulon, later died at the Kewanee Hospital. The car's other two passengers were life flighted to Peoria.

All three individuals had presence of head trauma.

Stark County's District 100's Superintendent has cancelled all classes and after school activities for Wednesday.

Grief counseling will be available for students at the high school in Toulon beginning Wednesday morning at 9.

The Henry County Sheriff's Office and coroner are investigating and accident reconstructionists are to be on the scene Wednesday.
