PEORIA, Ill.--Brides-to-be had the chance to shop for their wedding day all in one place on Sunday.

The "Heaven on Earth Weddings" bridal show attracted more than 70 wedding vendors to the Civic Center.

Photographers, florists, tuxedo rentals and free samples of wedding cake were all included in the "one stop shop" extravaganza.

Owner of the show, Michelle Spurgeon, said the event makes planning a wedding much easier on brides.

"Anything you would need for a wedding is right here and they are all doing these wonderful discounts you book them at the show you get this discount or that discount so yeah it's a really great resource for the girls to come to a show like this," said Spurgeon. "It is a one stop shop. This is the biggest bridal event that Peoria has ever seen."

Spurgeon said the show is beneficial to vendors as well, as many brides come looking for just one and end up booking several.
