This seems like a very very bad idea.

An Australian man is trying to break a world record.

Apparently, he couldn't think of anything boring to do.

So he's living with some 400 spiders in his shop front for three-weeks.

Nick Le Souef said he would spend his days and nights with redbacks, black house spiders and huntman spiders.

Despite some of them being poisouness le souef says he's not worried of being bitten.

As crazy as this might sound, he's doing it for a good cause, raising money for a children's charity.

Spiders are very common in australia, with some native species being amongst the deadliest in the world.
