According to a new report released today, you are most likely paying too much on your wireless bill.

The Citizens Utility Board looked over more than 4,000 wireless bills in Illinois and found that the average person over-pays $350 a year on their bills.

That's $30 million overspent in Peoria alone.

C.U.B Spokesman Patrick Deignan, said that unused minutes is the number one cause of over-paying in the Peoria area.

"It can be 25 cents per minute on up when you go over your monthly allotment of minutes. So, a lot of consumers are kind of getting scared by that and opting for these bloated plans that they really don't need."
