East Peoria Police are still searching for a suspect after their attempt to serve a search warrant came up empty.
Police are looking for Adam Bandy, 23 years old of East Peoria.
He is wanted on home invasion charges.
Wednesday night police went to his home on Jay street in East Peoria to serve their search warrant.
In the process, they learned Bandy is wanted in another burglary where 3 guns were stolen, so they had to consider him armed and dangerous.
State police assisted in securing the street for the safety of the officers and the community, after searching the house Bandy remains at large.
