If you don't know his name you've almost certainly heard his concert music.
John Philip Sousa is known for conducting some of the most well known concert music in America.
He was immortalized at Bradley University today with a costumed tribute by the Bradley Symphonic Winds.
The Dingledine Center was filled by fans who experienced a turn-of the-century-like performance of the well-known conductor's work.
The show began with a lecture by a University of Illinois archivist.
Admission was fifteen dollars a head.
