Central Illinois residents will get another chance to win a dream home for just $100 while at the same time helping a good cause.

St. Jude Board members broke ground earlier today on a St. Jude Dream Home that will go to some lucky person.

The two story home will have four bedrooms including a large master bedroom.

Board members say they now want to build a home every year to raffle off for St. Jude.

"Community came together well last year. We had a great fundraiser. I think we think it's something we can do every year. We'd like to do it," Matt Smutz, St. Jude Board Member.

Construction on the St. Jude Dream home could take up to 5 months.
$100 a piece raffle tickets will go on sale in January.
