Lewistown- Frances E. Sipe age 101 of Lewistown passed away at 1:10 PM Wednesday November 21, 2012 at Sunset Manor in Canton. She was born June 25, 1911 at Lewistown Twp. Fulton County the daughter of Harry W. and Emma J. (Dunn) Loveland. She married Howard V. Sipe on March 2, 1935 at Havana. He died April 26, 1966. She was also preceded in death by her parent’s two sons Raymond Gene Sipe, and Merel Dean Sipe, three brothers, and two sisters. Surviving are one son Don Sipe of Excello, Mo; one daughter Sharon Taylor of Lewistown, one brother John Loveland of Gladwin, MI; two sisters Berniece (Dorwin) Hedden of Smithfield, and Eloise Harper of Canton, four grandchildren Dondra G. (John) Yocum of Lewistown, Eric R. Taylor also of Lewistown, Alissa F. (Yancey) Black of Memphis, TN; and Stacey M. Sipe of Excello, MO; seven great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren. Frances was a homemaker. She was a member of the Illinois Street Christian Church in Lewistown. Frances enjoyed sewing, quilting, baking cakes, and all of her grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday November 24, 2012 at the Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Reverend Bob Miner officiating. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown. Visitation will be held Saturday from 9:30 AM until time of service at the memorial home.
