Chicago Bears Have A New Radio Home

Starting in the 2011 NFL season, the Chicago Bears game broadcasts will be aired exclusively on Peoria's 95.5 WGLO FM.

WGLO Operations Manager Matt Bahan says the move from Triad's MAX FM to 95.5 is a good one as the audience is particularly receptive in Central Illinois.

"Getting the Bears Network on WGLO gives Bears fans a chance to listen to the home broadcast team on the strong 95.5 FM GLO frequency," said Bahan. "It also provides our advertisers another unique and exclusive opportunity to market and promote their business by tying into the Bears franchise on WGLO."

Bahan says listeners will also be able to take part in Bears radio promotions, including tailgating parties and free tickets to Bears games.
