IHSA Golfers Qualify for State

IHSA Girls AA Golf (at Lincoln)
3rd place Morton qualifies for state along with Knoxville's Taylor Thompson (78), North Fulton's Lexi Petersen (78) and Stark County's Danielle Kenney (89).

IHSA Girls Class A Golf (at ISU)
2nd place U-High qualifies for state along with Dunlap's Lexi Hammerton (87), Galesburg's Jessica Lieber (87), Pekin's Madison Hill and Richwoods' Erica Kerr (89).

IHSA Golf 1A (at PORTA)
Midwest Central's Chase Picken (82), Brimfield's Eric Demmin (83) and Princeville's Cody Cramton (84) all qualify as individuals.

IHSA Golf 1A (at Watseka)
El Paso-Gridley, led by Michael Mounce's 69, wins the sectional and qualifies for State. Bloomington Cornerstone also qualified for state along with Eureka's Trevor Gold (78).

IHSA Golf 2A (at Champaign)
1st place U-High and 3rd place Washington qualify for state along with Pontiac's Eric Raube (73), PND's Iain Ferlman (73), Dunlap's Matt Lavery (76) and Metamora's Quinn Zircher (77).

IHSA Golf-3A at Lick Creek
Normal West's Steven Mullins (78) and Turner Reid (79) both qualify for state as individuals.
