This helicopter dropped hundreds of numbered golf balls onto the front lawn of the museum on Peoria's north side at the climax of the two-day family event.

"It's a fundraiser for the museum, you can purchase a golf ball with your number stamped on there, if your golf ball lands in the center of our target that we have painted out front, you will win a phenomenal prize," said Event Co-Chairman, Tim Cundiff.

The event also featured the opening of the museum's "Moneyvile" exhibit, putt-putt golf, and a laser show in the planetarium. The museum hoped to raise $60,000 over the weekend.
