Peoria high school's could be sending three prep football players to the Big Ten. Richwoods' Kendrick Foster has already announced for Illinois- Manual's Logan Tillman for Michigan- and Peoria High's Josh Augusta is pondering offers from Illinois, Michigan State and Missouri
