Bradley senior Sam Singh's offensive rebound basket gave the Braves a 60-58 win at Wichita on New Year's Eve. Playing with a mask to protect his surgically-repaired broken nose, Singh followed a Sam Maniscalco miss with one second left for the winning margin. Singh had 10 points and five rebounds.
Bradley was led in scoring by Topeka, KS native Theron Wilson's 18 points. Freshman Eddren McCain was also in double figures with 11 points.
The Braves improve to 2-0 in the Missouri Valley Conference. They visit Missouri State Saturday night.
