The Chicago Bears big off-season move last year was getting a quarterback. This year the Bears mission to find a guy who can get to the quarterback. The Bears invested $91 million dollars to sign free agent defensive end Julius Peppers. Peppers has been called the best Bears pass rusher since Richard Dent in the 1980s.
