Cubs number one draft pick Javier Baez is entering his second month as a Peoria Chief.
He's putting up good numbers so far. Baez is 3rd on the team in slugging percentage, 4th on the team in batting average and his
batting practice home-runs are the stuff of legend.
But can he become one of Cubs president Theo Epstein's re-building blocks?
