EAST PEORIA, Ill -- Jerry Girardi, the father of New York Yankees Manager and Spalding Alum Joe Girardi, has passed away.
Girardi, who suffered from Alzheimers, was 81-years-old.
Visitation will be at Deiters Funeral Home in East Peoria on Sunday from 3-6 p.m. Services will be held Monday morning at 10:00 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Peoria.
