IVC Alum Zach McAllister made his major league debut last night with the Cleveland Indians.
He'll have to wait at least a little while for his second major league Start.
After last night's game the Indian's optioned McAllister back to Triple-A.
The move doesn't come as a big surprise to Zach who knew he was called up for a spot start replacing Fausto Carmona who is on the disabled list. Overall, not a bad debut for the 2006 State Champion.
McAllister gave up 2 earned runs on 5 hits and he struck out 4 in 4 innings.
