New Orleans Saints punished for bounty system

NEW ORLEANS, LA -- The NFL has laid down the law on the New Orleans Saints.

The league has banned head coach Sean Payton for a year and former defensive coordinator Gregg Williams indefinitely for their role in a bounty system that was conducted from 2009-2011.  The team was also fined $500,000 and lost two second round draft picks.
