BLOOMINGTON, Ill. -- Bloomington Police believe no foul play was involved in a death Sunday night.

Officers were called to the Wood Hill Towers apartment complex at 101 East McArthur on a report of a death in the North building.

Police spokesman David White says it is believed the deceased individual died of a drug overdose.

The crime scene unit was called to the scene because it first appeared the death could be a homicide, but now it is believed that no foul play was involved.

The name of the victim is being withheld pending family notification.
