PEORIA COUNTY, Ill. -- A Peoria County railroad bridge seems to be crumbling, dropping concrete on cars traveling along Kickapoo Creek Road.

Amy Benecke McLaren, with the Peoria County Highway Department, told News 25 and WHOI 19 Monday afternoon that a "manager of track maintenance" from the Union Pacific Railroad has agreed to inspect the bridge over Kickapoo Creek Road.

Concrete is clearly falling off the bridge, and it appears some rock has fallen off the tracks as well. McLaren says the railroad officials did not indicate when the manager would be able to inspect the bridge.
