PEORIA, Ill. -- It's time to dig out those ugly sweaters and help an organization that helps adults with disabilities.

HOI 19's Marshanna Hester sat down with Rick Stephenson of the Community Workshop and Training Center to talk about their upcoming "Ugly Christmas Sweater Party".
