Interview: NBC's Kevin Tibbles describes conditions up and down Illinois River

PEORIA, Ill. -- The Illinois River at Peoria has crested at a record high level, just about 29.3 feet, but the water is not going anywhere soon.

News 25/HOI 19's Denise Jackson was live along the Peoria riverfront Wednesday morning and she was joined by NBC’s Kevin Tibbles.
