CHICAGO, Ill. -- There are signs that former Congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr. may be leaving Chicago.

Moving trucks were spotted outside the former Congressman's home Wednesday.

After pleading guilty in March, a judge told Jackson to either reside in Chicago or Washington while he awaits sentencing.

He was seen leaving from the home and driving away in a minicar. as several huge boxes were removed from the home.

Both Jackson and his wife, Sandi, face sentencing later this year related to charges of misusing campaign funds and improper tax filings.

Jesse Jackson Jr. pleaded guilty to spending $750,000 in campaign money on personal items.

He faces up to five years in prison.
