blue cheese crumbles, fresh bacon bits, 10 ounce sirloin steak, cabernet wine, demi glaze
Serve with asparagus or broccoli.
Sear the sirloin in a skillet over medium heat to desired temp. In a separate skillet reduce two ounces of cabernet wine over medium high heat, then add demi glaze and reduce by half. Pour reduction over sirloin and top with blue cheese crumbles and bacon.
