Johnny's Calamari Steak

2 2-3 oz steaks
Panko bread crumbs (to taste)
White wine
Heavy cream
Sundried tomatoes

Bread both sides of each steak with panko. Sear each one in a skillet until brown on both sides.
Mix mustard, white wine and heavy cream.
Separately, mix sundried tomatoes and spinach. Heat in skillet.
To serve, top steaks with sauce, tomatoes and spinach.
