A woman is in the process of committing a crime. That was her first mistake. Her second mistake was doing the crime on closed circuit TV. Her third mistake...well, that's what puts this young woman into the "dumb crook" files.

This is Penn Valley California's "Anything Green Hydroponics store.

They recently installed new in-store cameras... And, they caught this woman for nearly a half hour, browsing items on shelves; while occasionally ducking down to fill her handbag with them.

When the bag became full, she made a quick trip out to the parking lot to dump her $300 in stolen loot.

Then she came back...paid twenty dollars for one item..and left...but not before making mistake number three... filling out the entry card for the store raffle: name, address, phone number....all of it.

Needless to say, 20-year-old Elizabeth Null was arrested and disqualified from the raffle.
