People who love to yodel descended on a resort town in Switzerland this weekend for the Swiss yodeling festival. There's all kinds of yodeling --but this Swiss are most famous for it...

Supposedly, it began as a method of communication between alpine villages...

Around ten-thousand yodelers, flag throwers and alp-horn blowers took part in a range of competitions against the backdrop of the jungfrau mountain range.

For the record, this yodeling is more "Sound of Music" than Slim Whitman...

Tourism officials expected around 200-thousand visitors from across Switzerland and beyond. The festival ended with a grand finale sunday including the official handing over of the flag and a parade.
