MOSSVILLE, Ill. -- The owner of a small business in Mossville is again cleaning up after getting hit with more water damage from flash floods on Sunday.

Tina Decker says she had just finished landscaping Lucky T'z near Route 29 when her lawn and basement were flooded with three feet of water.

Decker had just finished putting in grass, a rock garden, a putting green, a horse-shoe court and a fire-pit.

She blames the latest round of flooding on a tree that had fallen in the creek behind the building, guiding additional overflow onto her property.

"It’s just devastating to just look at all of the issues that I have now with the whole bar, people tracking in mud, and they can't help it," said Decker. "It's not their fault, that's why I put rugs out everywhere. Oh, I just want things back to normal."

She says she will now have to rebuild her driveway and lawn, once again starting from scratch.
