PEORIA, Ill. -- Hollywood has given the image of motorcycle clubs a bad name, so when people see these groups doing something positive, they may be a little surprised.

That was the case Friday at the intersection of Western and Garden in Peoria.

Families driving or stopping by with children received an Easter basket full of goodies from the Original Guys Motorcycle Club.

Mothers thanked the men for their kind gesture, but this is not the first time the group has helped out their community.

"We give out Christmas Baskets Toys for Kids. We do all kinds of stuff for kids, just to help the kids out and have a happy holidays," said Willie Smith, OGMC Spokesman.

Smith said they will give out 200 baskets this holiday and plan to make this an annual Easter event.
