PEORIA, Ill. -- Peoria Charter Coach has announced some changes to how it will provide transportation to and from Chicago.

Starting in July, buses will arrive at O'Hare International Airport by 7 a.m. so riders can catch early flights.

Buses will also depart later from O'Hare in case of late flights or cancellations.

In addition, the company will begin accepting airline vouchers to drop off customers at the Peoria and Bloomington airports. The Joliet transfers have been eliminated.

Peoria Charter officials say they worked with their drivers to restructure the new schedule for passengers.

"They know traffic patterns, as well as what time they get to O'Hare and Midway, and our customers tell them everything," says Peoria Charter President Bill Winkler. "We thank our customers for being bold enough to let us know what they want."

After requests from many customers, Peoria Charter will also provide free parking.

Commuters will have the option of leaving vehicles at Peoria Charter Plaza and boarding the bus before the Bradley University pick-up.
