MOSCOW, RUSSIA -- A man in Moscow was walking in a park with his children when he was hit by an arrow. It passed through his neck.
The man remained conscious and called his wife, who called an ambulance.
The arrow entered below the jaw on the right side of the man's neck and came out on the left side.
If the arrow had been one inch to the right or left, it would have hit an artery and killed him.
It's unclear if the arrow was shot from a sports complex and somehow ricocheted.
Doctors were able to remove the arrow, and, if all goes well, he should be released from the hospital in a couple of weeks.
