We're not sure if this fellow is a genuine eccentric or just a guy looking for publicity. We do know he gets a lot of attention when he shows up.
Didi Senft, a German cycling enthusiast arrived at Poland's new soccer stadium to celebrate the upcoming Euro 2012 Soccer Championships.
Didi is wearing a tailor-made red Lycra cycling suit, he's banging a drum and singing with a megaphone.
Usually, Didi appears at bicycle races, but here he is in Warsaw for the Euro Soccer Championships.
He's a little early, since the first match doesn't take place until June 8th.
At least he's assured of first place in line for the tickets.
