MIAMI, Fl. -- This Miami Police Officer is in no position to write tickets for distracted driving...
On Tuesday Morning, Officer Brutus was driving the streets of Miami when he bent over from the driver's seat to pick up a fallen pen.
With his mind distracted and eyes off of the road, the officer drove straight up a utility pole. Ending at a 45 degree angle.
The single car accident knocked power out to the entire area for several hours.
The officer, however, was not injured in the accident. Well, maybe just his pride.
