NEW ORLEANS -- Nine days after her inaugural appearance, singer Beyonce admitted that without a rehearsal with the orchestra, she decided to lip sync the National Anthem.
It wasn't exactly a revelation. The marine band had already said as much.
Beyonce is to do the half-time show at the Superbowl, and to prove a point about her singing ability, Thursday she sang the National Anthem acapella.
And she promises she will rehearse and that the half time show will be live.
