Keniwick, Washington -- Lowell Fuher worked on his "frosty the blues man" creation for two years.
Frosty sings and dances to music.
Fuher says his neighbors have been accepting of his musical creation.
"We've got great neighbors. They think the world of us, and we think the world of them. They put up with the additional traffic, they laugh and giggle watching me put up lights before Halloween," says Lowell Fuher, Decorations Engineer. "I'm a big man--made of snow....got a big top hat and a carrot for a nose.."
Fuher built frosty out of boat parts and performs from five to ten p.m. every day until Christmas.
