LONDON -- Well, everyone else had gotten on the "Royal Baby" train, so we might as well too.

It's become obvious that like coronations and royal weddings, a royal baby is a blessed money-making event.

For example, a Prince Harry look-alike... with royal teddy and wagon full of toys for the royal baby in tow.

It proves you never quite know what will happen outside the hospital where the Duchess of Cambridge plans to give birth.

All these toys are available for purchase, of course.

There are now millions of dollars being wagered publicly on the child's sex, weight, birth-date and--of course--name.

According to the bettors...chances are the royal baby will be a girl named Alexandra --that's the Queen's middle name---or if it's a boy, it will be named "George", after Elizabeth's father.
