LONDON -- Remember last week when we mentioned it was the mating season for Emus? Well, the same holds true for deer. And a man in London narrowly escaped the antlers of an angry stag Thursday.
The man wandered too close to the herd in a West London park, and the stag and the man were caught on camera playing a game of cat-and-mouse around a small tree.
Finally the man climbed the tree to safety. Onlookers, who were obviously videoing this, eventually called the police to help the man.
Park rangers are warning people to keep at least 160 feet away from the deer as the stags compete for females to mate with.
