INDIANAPOLIS, IN. -- An Indianapolis man who has managed to keep his lawn looking lush and green, and that's despite a watering ban in Indianpolis.
Timothy Birdwell says he and a friend got the idea to liven up his dead yard, after thinking it over for about two weeks. He coated the lawn with yard paint.
One tip-off is the fact taht the water main cover is green, as well.
Birdwell just happens to work for a local company called Imperial Painting.
He says the paint he chose is made for grass, so it won't damage his lawn any more than the drought has already.
The paint will last 3-6 months. Hopefully, the drought will not.
