If you've been dreaming of camels, book a flight to Cabo San Lucas on the California Peninsula in Mexico.

Cabo adventures has eight dromedary camels for desert trips along the coast where the Pacific and the Sea of Cortez meet.

It's a slow trip, moving a camel's speed, with time to stop and smell the cacti, take a photo and enjoy the view.

Be aware, the camel ride is only about 20 minutes of a four hour tour, followed by a tequila tasting.

You're definitely not in Saudi Arabia.
