If you're worried about being bitten by bed bugs ... you may want to put away your razor!
British researchers have discovered hungry bugs are more likely to feed on bare arms and legs than on hairier skin! They say body hair slows down the insects as they look for a place to bite and nerves attached to hair warns that something is crawling on the skin. However, even though men are naturally hairier than women, they aren't bitten less often. This may be because a heavy coat of thick hair makes it easier for bed begs to hide.
