This is beautiful Lake Delton in Wisconsin.

It better be beautiful, after the city spend $30,000 on it. The problem was the lake had gotten alge-filled and green. So, the town of Lake Delton did a "Clean-Up" of the lake. They dyed it blue.

Lake Delton is a popular attraction where the "Tommy Bartlett Water Show" has been held for six decades.

Some aren't happy about the money that is spent saying it does nothing to clean up the lake in the long run.

Money for the dye-job came from a tourism fund, not local taxes. The dye could last anywhere from two weeks to a month, so plan ahead if you want to see the water show.
