"Action Comics", number one..printed in 1938. It was the introduction of "Superman' to America.
This particular book was stolen 11 years ago...and turned up in a storage locker in April of this year.
Now, it's up for auction...on-line.
According to the owners, it's the best of its kind. In near-perfect condition.
The auction ends on Wednesday...and Monday night the high bid was $1, 318,00. That was about thirty minutes ago. It may be higher now.
