His Final Ride

Ron Pfanz knew he was dying. One of his last requests was asked of his son Chad... that after he died, would Chad drive him on his flatbed semi trailer from the church to the cemetery. Ron himself, was a retired truck driver himself.

On August 6th, his request was granted. Chad Pfanz and his brother Darrin drove their father to his final resting place.

No one will ever be able stand up to the type of guy my dad was. He will be forever loved but not forgotten. I love you forever too dad, my beautiful flower!!!!!!!

My Uncle was "one of a kind" and yep, he always did it "his way" all the way to the end! We all love and miss you Uncle Ron!

This is one of the most heartfelt things I have ever seen from a son to his father.
