This man shape as seen in the flames caught me by surprise in this picture. During the last phase of the fish boil, kerosene is poured on the fire to overflow the boil pot and shim off the fish oils from the contents of the fish boil which includes, white fish, potatoes, onions. Anyone going to Door County can enjoy one of these great dinners. This picture was taken at Old Post Office Restaurant in Ephraim Wi.
