I was introduced to the aromatic tea extracted from sassafras roots by my Granddad during childhood vacations in Indiana. But only in my later years here in Hanna City have I discovered the incredible combinations of yellow, orange, and burgundy red that the sassafras leaves turn to in autumn. This grove beyond our bean field brilliantly announces the turn of the season each year.
