I was driving through a Peoria neighborhood when
I heard kids laughing and calling out "Happy Halloween" to people working in their yards and to cars going by. I GIVE THE PARENTS A+ for having a hay ride through their neighborhood. The kids all had costumes on and were having a great time. Things like this you remember all your life.
