I took this photo today on the Illinois River near Browning at the lower end of Treadway Lake. Ice crystal formed on a the exposed portion of a submerged tree. The river is beautiful but harsh in the winter time. Thad Cook

On the 1/22/11 the 6:10 pm weather you showed a picture of a Cardinal Red bird on a bird feeder and you said it was a Robin I think you know the difference .
