Spent Sunday at Starved Rock with my wife and close friends. We had brunch at the lodge and then went to the river to observe the eagles. There were a minimum of eight, and at one time I counted fourteen. It was awesome to watch as they went fishing for their meal. In one of the images you can see "the fish that got away" drop towards the water as a fledgling tries to grab it before it reaches the water.
