An East Peoria City Council candidate forum is being sponsored by the East Peoria-Pekin chapter of the 9/12 Project for March 3, 2011 at 6:30pm at the Fondulac Park Administration bldg. All 8 candidates are invited to participate. There will be free coffee and cookies from 6:30pm to 7:00pm
